Since 1995, SEC has performed the environmental assessment of over 750 commercial and industrial properties located throughout the United States.  Our extensive experience and capabilities coupled with our timely and cost effective approach makes our firm a great choice for all of your environmental assessment needs.

Environmental Compliance Services
SEC has expertise in providing a wide range of environmental compliance services in Ohio and surrounding states.  Our services include comprehensive environmental compliance audits; air, storm water and process water discharge permits; environmental compliance plans; and employee training for a wide range of industry types.

Underground Storage Tank Services (UST)
SEC has extensive experience in the performance of BUSTR Tier Evaluations and has been very successful in obtaining no further action (NFA) status on complicated sites through use of fate and transport modeling, model calibration and land use restrictions.  SEC staff has excellent working relationships with BUSTR regulators which translate to timely reviews and completed projects.

Geotechnical Engineering
SEC routinely performs geotechnical subsurface investigations and provides geotechnical engineering recommendations for site development projects ranging from small churches and office buildings to large retail and industrial developments and large utility projects.
