SpecsPro machine shop - Shangjian Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in 2002. Our 5,000 sqm CNC machine shop is located at the suburb of Shanghai, China. Among our list of precision CNC machine tools are our 5-axis CNC milling centers, 4-axis horizontal CNC lathes, and verticle lathes for large diameter workpieces.  The machine shop is also equiped with a group of automatic lathes to perform regular tolerance and simple turning job cost-effectively.  A climate control work shop is partitioned inside the main machine shop building.  Our in-house testing lab is equipped with precision 3D measuring machines and mechanical performance testing equipment, enabling on-site measuring, inspection and quality control capabilities for machining parts.

SpecsPro established a flexible and reliable manufacturing system to accommodate efficient and effective production of high-mix low-volume machining parts. We provide low cost high performance one-stop service with short turnaround time and high consistency and reliability.  Among our advantages are the capabilities in making casting rough based machining parts. Although we out-source the casting process, we have established a streamlined supply chain processes with a fine list of reliable foundry services that provide all type of metal casting parts. The mold processes include sand casting, investment casting, lost-form casting, die casting, etc. Our reliable foundry services always provide the needed precision, finishing and delivery schedule that are well connected our requirements and machining production schedule.
