In 1997, Mr. Georges Desrosiers, his son Claude, and Mr. Gérard Leblanc and his son Daniel, became associates to purchase Fasco Steel (1984), which was established since several years in Boucherville, Quebec.Revitalized with the solid experience of the fathers combined with the enthusiasm of the sons, the newly named Sofab Structural Steel inc. was ready for a fresh start in the construction industry.
