We are a Czech company engaged in textile production at all production levels, ie from the production of yarn, through the production of knitwear and fabrics to finished ready-made products. In addition to purely production programs and activities, research and development together with an accredited textile laboratory remains a key area of ​​the company's activity

History

1992

SINTEX was established in November 1992 as a limited liability company. The company's original marketing strategy was based on the production of high-quality knitted knitwear and ready-to-wear with the aim of constant innovation of the existing production and product range.

1999

In 1999, SINTEX was transformed into a new legal form, a joint-stock company.

2000

Further fundamental steps took place in 2000, when SINTEX built a new knitted fabric knitting mill and large-capacity raw material warehouses. In the same year, the company's machinery was significantly expanded. New large-scale knitting machines and monitoring lines were purchased. After a successful audit, SINTEX obtained a quality certificate according to ÄŒSN EN ISO 9002.

2004

In 2004, as a result of changes in the development of the textile market, fundamental innovative changes were launched, which significantly modified the commodity composition of knitwear. Special functional fibers and yarns were included in the company's product range. Sintex has become a certified partner of Advansa / Invista for physiological and thermal insulation branded materials CoolMax®, Thermolite® and ThermoCool®.

2009

Another important period for the company was the year 2009, when a merger with the sister company Spolsin was implemented. With this merger, SINTEX's product portfolio has been expanded with new product groups, which are special fabrics, warp knits, filters, yarns and their semi-finished products. The merger also strengthened scientific research activities and professional work. An accredited testing laboratory for textile materials has become a part of SINTEX, which is authorized according to ÄŒSN EN ISO / IEC 17025.

2013

In 2013, SINTEX supplemented its certification with Öko-Tex Standard 100, which documents the health and hygiene safety of the products produced.
