What we can take

All types of clothing, including ripped and worn out.

We can’t accept clothing that is damp, soiled or mouldy. We aren’t able to include underwear or socks.

Pairs of shoes that can be reused

We can’t accept shoes with holes or that are completely worn out.

They must not be damp, soiled or mouldy.

Bags, scarfs, belts, handbags and coats

We can’t accept items that are completely worn out, damp, soiled or mouldy.

Simple collection

Free, simple collection. Just fill out our collection form and someone will get back to you to arrange a time for collection. We can offer contactless collection if preferred, you can leave the bag outside your door if it’s not raining an we will come and collect it at the arranged time.
