We like the idea of using our talented and well equipped shop to fabricate just about anything metal.  We are happy to make it and let you install it or we can offer safe professional installation.  Using the Shoreline Production Interface Operations, we work together closely as a team to achieve realistic, budget conscious solutions.  When possible, items are pre-fabricated at our shop and then assembled on-site by our highly skilled field crews.  This interaction results in reduced downtime, the meeting of deadlines and notable costs savings.

Services

Our metal fabrication shop is certified by the City of Los Angeles to insure that a stringent quality control program is in place. We can cut, bend, form and weld your metal into any shape, size or design that you desire. Our fabricators use both oxygen-acetylene flame and plasma cutter equipment depending on the needs of your project. We have CNC controlled equipment to enhance our operations and guarantee close tolerance on all fabricated parts. We have an in-house 3/8 inch x 12 foot shear as well as a 10 foot 16 gauge shear. Our 100 ton 6 foot CNC controlled break is consistent and reliable. We have a ESAB CNC controlled burn table, an automatic saw for small parts and a 16” saw for cutting larger metal segments. Mills and lathes allow us to keep work in house where we can monitor our quality control. We have two massive iron workers that shear, punch and notch steel to meet customer needs.
