In addition to the products and services we provide directly to the consumers of York, Adams, Lancaster and Dauphin counties in Pennsylvania and Carroll, Baltimore and Harford counties in Maryland, Security Fence Company is a stocking distributor for all major manufacturers in the fence industry; and we service over 300 independent fence dealers and numerous retail stores.

Company Policy

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER : Orders may be placed via fax, phone or email. Once received, our experienced sales staff will review the order. Once verified we will either fax you or email a confirmation of the order for your approval.

PAYMENT OPTIONS : Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or money order. Payment is expected in full at time of order placement. If paying with money order, order will be placed once money order is received.

FREIGHT We offer free delivery in central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. All other areas are f.o.b. Red Lion, Pennsylvania, with freight quoted per order.

CANCELING ORDERS : Once order is approved by purchaser order cannot be canceled.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS : Homeowner is responsible for unloading truck once it arrives and verifying order is received in good condition. If there is any damage, trucking bill of lading must state that and be signed in order to file a claim.

ERRORS : Any errors must be reported within 24 hours. After 24 hours the sale is considered final.

RESTOCKING FEES : Any material requesting to be returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Homeowner is responsible for all freight charges that are incurred in the return process. All material must be boxed and in perfect condition. Once returned a Security Fence employee must inspect and approve material before credit is issued.
