Scruffy Scraps provides a collection service for specific types of E-waste in southern California and is an active participant in the Cal Recycle Electronic Waste program. We offer California residents a cost free drop off for "covered" electronic devices and a limited number of other electronic devices. Scruffy Scraps provides a community service to help keep unwanted electronic devices out of the local landfills. Unfortunately the only items covered under the Ca state program at this time are televisions. In the past we have been able to accept most "E-waste" since there was some residual value in the plastics, metal and other components that make up the majority of E-waste devices.
