Who We Are

We are experts in solving oil waste-based problems. For almost 20 years we have worked closely with our clients to understand their oil waste treatment requirements. Effective oil waste treatment needs the right combination of Chemistry, Process and Expertise. Only by understanding the nature of the waste that needs treatment and understanding the required outcome of the treatment process can we design and run the right process.

We have extensive experience in evaluating oil waste treatment issues from initial project scope to lab evaluation, process design and delivery of engineering systems to waste treatment operations.

What We Do

Because we are the original developers of the unique microemulsion chemistry for oil waste treatment we can provide advanced capabilities in waste treatment. These include the ability to split oil waste such as drilling slops, oil-based mud waste, production waste, oil sludge, refinery waste and other types of oil waste. 

This means we can recover virtually all hydrocarbons and separate out the water and solids. In many projects this means waste reduction of over 80% and full recovery of the economic value of the oil.

Why We Do It

We do this because we care. As founders we studied Environmental Sciences because we wanted to make a positive difference. The Worldbank estimated there is some 9 Billion tons of oil sludge and waste on this planet. That is not necessary. We want to eliminate the oil waste that is already there and we want to prevent more of it being created. We will do this safely, economically and with integrity. From our work over the past few decades we know most people in the industry share the desire to work to a high standard and minimise the environmental impact of the energy industry. We are providing the capability for all to do so.
