Transform waste into electricity and quality compost

San Carlo srl is a family business established in 1993, with the aim of producing soil using vegetable waste.

Initially the headquarters were located in the municipality of Costigliole di Saluzzo, before moving to Fossano.

Between 2000 and 2010 the company continued the production of soil and soil improvers through the composting process, optimizing it thanks to the experience gained over the years.

The company left its structure unchanged until 2011, when it decided to invest in an expansion project which involved the construction of an anaerobic digester to optimize the recovery of organic waste by producing biogas and electricity from renewable sources . Currently the company's main business is to transform organic, vegetable and sludge waste into electricity and quality compost , a job of substantial importance for environmental sustainability.
