We have been working across Britain and from Kilmarnock to Exmouth and Hull to Manchester within the construction sectors of Housing, Education, Custodial, Defence, Commercial, Retail and Healthcare.

Where S&W excel is at our roots, Paul Stead and Andrew Wilson have over 50 years Main Contracting experience as a Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor. So yes we have built it, and worn the T Shirt, therefore Deconstructing a School/Hospital/Hotel/Car Dealership or even Prison is that much easier for us because we can genuinely recognise and empathise with the problems and try to reduce them before they become an issue. S&W will ensure that our works are managed by either Paul, Andrew or our Andy Newcombe (In house trained) either directly as a Foreman or Non-Working Manager to suit your needs.
