Corporate guidelines

Stadtwerke Nordhausen - Stadtwirtschaft GmbH and Südharzwerke Nordhausen - Entsorgungsgesellschaft mbH, as companies of the Stadtwerke Group Nordhausen and the district of Nordhausen (in the case of SHW), are responsible for providing extensive waste disposal and urban management services.

1. Customer

We work customer-oriented and understand the wishes of our customers. We meet the requirements of the parties that are “interested in us” and meet the requirements for comparison with our company's goals.

2. Leadership

Our managers see themselves as role models both internally and externally. You are responsible for the direction of the company and are therefore always the contact person for employees and external interested parties in order to achieve the company's goals.

3. Employees

Our employees are the decisive factors in achieving high quality and developing a positive corporate mood. The employees are important to us and we encourage their commitment and motivation in order to achieve optimal work performance.

4. Services / products

Our offers are characterized by high quality and high availability. Innovations and contemporary revision of our existing offers have high priority in achieving our company's success.

5. Improvements

A constant improvement process is necessary in order to optimize operational processes. The employees are responsible for the quality of their work and constantly work on improving the services and products. Proposals are checked and each proposer receives an answer on how to proceed.

6. Economy

We regularly check the development of costs and income. We try to improve the profitability of our work by optimizing processes and consciously using available resources.
