In 2021, at the young age of 12, Ryan recognized the detrimental effects of electronic waste (E-Waste) on the environment and took the initiative to address this issue. Starting in his parents' basement, Ryan initially focused on salvaging valuable parts and copper wire from discarded electronics, paving the way for responsible recycling practices. As the demand for eco-friendly services grew, so did the business. In early 2023, Ryan secured our current warehouse and scrap yard at 17 Dundee Avenue in Mount Pearl, marking a significant turning point. With this newfound space and a passion for responsible waste management, the business rapidly expanded to offer a range of services, including dumpster rentals, metal recycling, appliance recycling and parts, scrap vehicle recycling and parts, junk removal & demolition, and, of course, the continued commitment to E-Waste recycling. Today, Ryan's Recycling Services stands as a testament to the power of one young individual's commitment to environmental stewardship and the positive impact it can have on our community.
