The concept for a customer focused, industry leading clearance service was borne of a frustration with seeing others in the industry employ underhanded tactics with little or no regard to client experience or expectation. Fly-tipping, illegal employment practices, rude unhelpful staff, sub-contractor use and no-shows are all too common in the industry and it became clear that there was a gap in the market for a company who were willing to regard their clients and properties with the required esteem.
