RUIDOSO METAL WORKS INCORPORATED is a business founded by Harry B. Topley. It began in Ruidoso, New Mexico in 2001 after selling his former business, Mesilla Valley Diamond and Gold Company. RMW was relocated to Las Cruces, New Mexico in February of 2005 due to the difficulty in finding a quality work force in Ruidoso.  Harry and his team have produced jewelry for a broad variety of clientele over the 35 years of his involvement in the industry.  He was one of the prime manufacturers for Circle Fine Art Corporation's, "Erte', Art To Wear" collection. These pieces were of limited edition and required the finest quality workmanship. Harry's work has gone to celebrities, presidents and their wives, kings and queens, and has been used in the filming of movies. His expertise brought him a commission to produce exact replicas from 18K pieces handmade by Georges Braque, which were sent to him from the Louvre in Paris, France. He has created product for designers and galleries at high-end tourist destinations across the USA, in addition to telemarketers, catalog companies and department stores. He has produced precision art bronze components, bells, sheriff badges, lapel pins, and machine parts! The complete list would take pages.  Harry is also an early pioneer in the development of the new deoxidizing sterling silver alloys. He did the field testing of many of the early alloys created by United Precious Metals, one of the most innovative refiners in America, thereby assisting them in the formulation of the excellent alloys they produce today. These alloys have no fire scale and are very resistant to tarnishing in the show case or jewelry box. We use them exclusively!  Our mold making is of the highest caliber.
