The company was founded in 1996, with its headquarters in Breza, originally as the Rudar driving school, which at that time was training drivers of B and C categories. By expanding the range of activities, there was a need to register the company as a limited liability company, so in 2003 it officially started operating under the name Rudar kompany doo Expansion of the business actually involves the purchase and recycling of PET and polyethylene for which the company bought for the processing of hard plastics and the production of regranulates, this process is better known as recycling. Our company is oriented towards environmental awareness. In addition, Rudar kompany is engaged in the import and sale of cars.

The driving school still operates today, but with a significantly improved fleet and scientific staff, it has the possibility of training all categories and at the end of 2009 a branch office of this school was opened in Visoko under the name Auto škola AS.
