The environmental program "ROSA-1" is not limited to slogans and demonstrations - we really work in the field of restoration and environmental protection, we have been working successfully for a long time. Our main goal: waste of used oils, used petroleum products, petroleum products with an expired shelf life.

The history of our work in the field of ecology begins in 1992, when a unique enterprise of its kind was created in the city of Novokuibyshevsk - CJSC "Novitrek". In a fairly short time, this enterprise put into operation capacities for the disposal of oily waste up to 30,000 tons per year.

The activities of the company CJSC "Novitrek" were initially aimed at eliminating the technogenic deposits of oil products in the area of ​​the Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery. During the operation of the plant, like any other oil refinery, oil spills, ruptures of oil pipelines and tanks, and other technological accidents occur, as a result of which spilled hazardous substances go underground and accumulate in the so-called lenses. Gradually, the soil under the Novokuibyshevsk refinery turned into a sponge soaked in oil products, the air was saturated with toxic fumes. In 1992, lost oil products broke through to the banks of the local river.

The scope of the tasks of the Novitrek enterprise included special exploration studies in order to search for the formed lenses, drilling wells, pumping out oil products and their disposal. During the operation of the enterprise, hundreds of thousands of tons of lost oil have been recovered, large areas have been cleared of oily sludge, which significantly improved the ecology of the Volga in the Samara region and made many previously poisoned water bodies again suitable for use.
