The mission of Roosevelt Public Power District is to provide its consumers with safe, reliable and reasonably-priced electricity and other needed services that will improve their quality of life. To accomplish this mission, the board of directors, management, and employees are constantly looking for ways to improve, expand, and diversify our services and keep the price of electricity stable.

To maintain a qualified, competent and efficient staff, we are committed to providing skills training and continuing education for employees. Roosevelt Public Power District (RPPD) is an electric distribution utility serving approximately 3,138 customers, with 680 miles of line. Three counties are in the service territory: Scottsbluff, Sioux and Banner. The RPPD headquarters is located west of Scottsbluff, NE at HWY 26 and County Road 19. RPPD generates revenues primarily from retail sales of electricity. The economy of our service territory is heavily dependent on agriculture.
