Sergei is the CEO and General Manager. Pavel is learning how to take over the company in the years to come. Each Friday he goes to work with daddy. Simone is the one who owns 51% of the business (it is minority owned) and she is the one who keeps us straight and clean. We are the ones who own and operate Roof It Right, LLC in Louisville KY.
