Rohstoffhandel Kiel has been collecting and recycling waste for 50 years. In principle, we can recycle all waste ourselves or through partners. In our production facility in Kiel, we specialize in taking over various types of waste paper and plastic, which are sorted, pressed and temporarily stored here.

In addition to our modern administration building, there is an approx. 5500 m² reception and storage hall on a total area of ​​16,000 m². Here, the waste delivered by our vehicle fleet and customers is inspected, pressed, stored and handled by our own qualified staff.

Our range of services includes individual advice on site with the aim of jointly developing waste prevention and recycling strategies.

We are happy to provide our customers with individual system solutions for the pretreatment or internal logistics of the waste. In addition to the classic means of transport (containers, lattice boxes, ...), this also includes, for example, stationary compression systems, self-compression containers, roll packers, screw compression systems, and much more.
Depending on the volume of waste, the different collection systems can be exchanged or emptied according to a fixed collection rhythm or on demand. This grants you internal flexibility and an optimization of your disposal costs.

Networking within the Kiel-Wellsee industrial park is also of great importance to us. We are a long-term member of the HIP Wellsee eV

RHK has been sponsoring the footballers of KSV Holstein v. 1900 eV and the American football team of the Baltic Hurricanes.

We also attach particular importance to resource-saving work. In 2016 we introduced an energy management system according to DIN EN ISO 50001: 2011. Our drivers are regularly trained in energy-saving driving.
Since January 1st, 2017 we have been getting our electricity from 100% CO2-neutral renewable energies.
