Rogue Iron Ore Corp. is a mineral resource exploration and development company focused primarily on its iron assets which are not restricted by infrastructure and geographical constraints. Rogue also owns gold, nickel and zinc properties, all of which are located in Canada.

Rogue’s flagship and 100% owned Radio Hill iron ore project is located near Timmins, Ontario and is transected with power lines and CN Railway's mainline, along with the active Kukatush railway siding in place for access to the mainline for ore exporting to deep sea ports or to steel mills throughout North America. There is abundant water on site, natural gas nearby and a labour pool in the mining community of Timmins, one of the world’s most famous and favourable mining districts.

The recent acquisition of the East-West Gold Project is the first step of many the Company will be taking as we look to take advantage of the numerous opportunities this market has created. The East-West Gold Project, an under-explored project in one of the world's most prolific gold belts, will position the Company for future success in the safe, infrastructure-rich jurisdiction of Quebec. As we build on existing relationships with groups that continue to support Quebec gold exploration, Rogue will create value for its shareholders by taking a methodical and proven exploration approach to multiple, heavily-discounted assets, beginning with the East-West Gold Project. Further to this, discussions are underway on two additional assets, in both early and advanced stages
