WHO WE ARE

Hello, my name is Jon Minton and along with my wife Carroll, we are the Roe and Jo in our name. I am a 30+ year Combat Veteran having been deployed three times overseas. I know the riggers of trying to cope with returning home.

In 2014, we visited Fargo and immediately felt this is where God wanted us, so along with our children Elijah 20 and Esther 17, we took the leap of faith and moved. Then in 2017, we saw an opportunity to check out a similar business that was and is still helping veterans. We decided this is something we could start up on our own, but with a twist. Rather than open up our own franchise to help veterans start their own business, we decided to start a business that would enable us to eventually hire fellow veterans still trying to cope with returning home after being on the “battlefield”.

Our goal is to give back to our community by building a business that will eventually have a staff of not only civilians but an army of veterans. We want to help those vets understand there are “grey areas” in life along with the “black and white” we are accustom to while serving.

Thank you for reading our story and through your support in getting our business up and going. We will be able to eventually help many vets, and their families have an opportunity to not only heal by working with others who share a common bond but to give them the comfort of belonging to a team once again.
