John DaBenigno, a Rockland county resident for many years, started a junk removal business nearly a decade ago. The service has been of great service to the community. John noticed that clutter inside and outside of a home or business really negatively affected people’s impression of the building and that just by removing useless debris, it would immediately brighten things up. Even the owners of the properties spirits would be lifted. It was like a weight had come off their shoulders.

John’s experience in the junk removal business inspired him to think of another service that could help people just as much and he envisioned how a few minutes of power washing could give a facelift to any residential home or place of business.

Over time, wind, rain, insects, leaves, mold, mildew, fungus and algae, debris, dirt and grime can build up on a building’s wall, roof, eves, driveways, sidewalks and decks to destroy the curb appeal of a property. Real estate that hasn’t had routine exterior cleaning and maintenance can be perceived as having thousands less in value. Many think that if the exterior appearance isn’t up to par, then likely other crucial unseen things haven’t been taken care of either.

The outside appearance of a house could hurt its value and one could possibly lose a sale. If a business looks dingy, then customers might look to your competition as a patron and pass on working with you.
