In that time, the formula of competitive prices, parts per print and timely deliveries has served Roberts Swiss Inc. and our customers well.  Within that time we have seen many manufacturing theories come into play: Just In Time, Zero Defect, SPC, Kan Ban and ISO 9000. We have successfully responded to each in turn and have enjoyed a history of growth through customer satisfaction.Our diversity (no one can claim more than 20% of our gross sales) and responsiveness has allowed us to successfully enter the Medical, Hydraulics, Dental, Electronics, Aerospace and Sporting Markets in addition to the classic manufacturing markets.  To satisfy our customers delivery requirements and service future growth we are currently running two shifts. Our policies and operational personnel enable us to live up to our promises and potential as we provide our customers the highest quality product in a reliable and timely manner.
