Our capabilities include CNC wire forming, rod heading, cold heading, hot upsetting, coining, wire straightening, piercing, thread rolling, tube forming, drilling and machining.

RMI's CNC's and multi-slide machines form wire diameters from 3/16"​ to 9/16"​ diameter (4mm to 14mm diameter). Our Nakamura-Tome WT-100 CNC multi-tasking turning centers maximum turning diameter is 190mm with the maximum turning length of 503mm.
