Established in 1986, Reyco Precision Machining has built a solid reputation in primarily the aerospace and defense industry segments as a reliable supplier of mission-critical parts. Often the parts we make are used on space missions and in-the-field defense applications ... where nothing but the highest quality will do. Reyco, a privately-held company, is based in Englewood, Colorado at a 60,000 SF facility designed for optimized manufacturing. Our team consists of 35 professionals all dedicated in their respective roles to putting forth their best efforts in making our customers' requisitions successful. Our specialty is the successful manufacturing of close-tolerance, mission-critical parts for your industry. We offer 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC milling services (20 machining centers) as well as CNC turning (4 machining centers). To round out our machining capabilities, we maintain manual milling / turning machines that are actively utilized for appropriate applications, and EDM services (wire, orbital head sinker) for specialty applications. Reyto has the ability and experience to work with a wide-range of materials including:  Aluminum  Stainless Steel  Titanium  Inconel  Exotics / Composites  Plastics  Our inspection department is equipped with a advanced tools to meet the demands of close-tolerance dimensional verification. Included in our extensive portfolio of inspection tools are LK Metris CMM (DCC) and Nikon Vision CMM (DCC) for the latest in parts-checking technology. In addition to machining, we provide complete welding and assembly services (includes riveting) , which expands our capabilities to give our customers one-stop-shop convenience. Unique to the machining industry, Reyco operates a complete in-house wood shop for the construction of mock-ups and custom crating for parts shipments when appropriate.
