Our company was founded out of a passion for stewardship towards the Urban Forest. We are an evolving company, fueled by a spirit of environmentally conscience creativity. We are working to generate quality systems mixed with great people who have a desire to work at changing the future of what happens to the forest material coming from our cities.

Repurposed Heart Wood was established by Matthew Brasher. As a third generation tree cutter in the urban forest areas, Matthew witnessed a multitude of quality materials going to waste over the years because the recycling process of urban trees is inconvenient and costly for most tree service companies. Matthew decided to rise above these challenges and do his part to repurpose trees otherwise destined for the landfill.

With three generations of experience in the Urban Forest industry and a foresight to use the very latest high tech equipment available, we are uniquely equipped to provide quality urban wood products.
