RETURN POLICY:

At Rendez Vous Jewelry, our top priority is to provide you with the highest satisfaction possible. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund (less shipping and handling charges). All goods will be inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refund.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

We currently ship all our merchandise via United States Postal Service. All merchandises will be shipped out in 24-48 hours. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We regret that we cannot pay for any return shipping or postage fees.

For your security, all merchandise are fully ensured and some merchandise will not be delivered without a signature. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

If you are shipping to a different address other than your billing address, please contact your credit card company to add an alternate shipping address. Due to the increased of internet fraud, if you are shipping to someone else, we may contact your credit card company and / or we may contact you to verify credit card information.
