The company was founded in 1995 and throughout its activities it has been engaged in business in the field of waste management. RELIMEX is based in Prague, but since the establishment of the company, all activities have been carried out in the premises of Martinov - Záryby, about 3 km from Brandýs nad Labem. The complex is located on land owned by the company as well as all buildings on this land. RELIMEX has about 15 employees. The main activities of the company are the collection, purchase, sorting, treatment, transport and sale of secondary raw materials, including the shredding of archives. The orientation towards waste paper and other types of paper and plastics is particularly pronounced. Hazardous waste management is only an ancillary activity and the amount of hazardous waste is a minimal share of the total amount of waste.

It operates in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region, but through its contractual partners it operates throughout the Czech Republic and abroad, it is a member of the branch association of companies in waste management SPDS - APOREKO and ÄŒESMAD Bohemia.
Deals with the sale of paper and hygiene products; its contractual partners are major producers of paper products in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Own necessary collection, handling, sorting and pressing equipment for waste management. The technical equipment is modern and in good technical condition. The most important equipment includes a modern sorting line consisting of a sorting room, crusher and press.
Thanks to the acquisition of new shredding technology, it has become the largest entity on the Czech market in the field of archival shredding.
It has a close connection to the place of business and maintains good relations with the municipality of Záryby - Martinov, the company participates in social, cultural and sports activities of the municipality, mainly in the form of sponsorship. Good cooperation with the management of the municipality is also reflected in the field of waste management, eg in the form of providing equipment for spring cleaning.

RELIMEX has implemented an integrated management system, which is certified in accordance with the requirements of the ÄŒSN EN ISO 9001 standard - quality management system and for the Záryba operation also ÄŒSN EN ISO 14001 - environmental management system. In addition, our operation in Záryby is registered in the European EMAS register in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1221/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on EMAS.
