REGRA PLAST SPOL. s ro has been engaged in production and trade in the plastics industry since 1999. The main activity is divided into two production plants. The first division deals with the production of plastic injection moldings and EUREKO roof coverings. The second division, with operations in Dobroměřice near Louny, is focused on plastic recycling.

REGRA PLAST processes waste plastics from many industries. By a controlled recycling process, the materials are usually transformed back into polymer granules. For most polyolefins, a quality almost identical to the original can be achieved. This is a process which, as a result, is economically very advantageous for the customer and at the same time brings a reduction of the environmental burden, which would be represented by the disposal of waste plastics than recycling (eg incinerators or controlled landfills).

Operations of REGRA PLAST spol. s ro are undergoing constant development and improvement of both technological equipment and increasing the expertise of individual employees. We hold quality management certificates ÄŒSN EN ISO 9001: 2001 and environmental system ÄŒSN EN ISO 14001: 2005

The project "Purchase of new technology to expand the production activities of REGRA PLAST" is co-financed by the European Union from the ERDF and the Ústí nad Labem Region under the Joint Regional Operational Program.

For customers, we are able to design the most optimal use of their waste plastics, whether it is the trading of recycled material or the possibility of returning the raw material to the customer's production.

In the form of a service, we offer the processing of plastics into crushed plants on modern crushers and mills. We have crushers for processing large pieces (sprays from extruders, ingots, cakes, car interiors, etc.). This technology is followed by sections of mills for the production of a finer fraction of the resulting crushes. The roughness of the resulting crumb is set according to the customer's wishes. The machines are equipped with equipment for metal separation. We perform filling according to the required weight into large-volume bags or cardboard boxes.
