The company RFM (Recyclage Francilien de Matériaux) was created in 2004. RFM specializes in recycling public works materials in urban and peri-urban areas.

While the Ile de France is currently experiencing considerable urban development made up of small, medium and large projects (Grand Paris, Olympic Games, etc.), these projects, for the most part located in dense areas, are major producers of waste linked to the deconstruction and construction.
