Re-Battery SA, Alternative Lead-Acid and Ni-MH and Li-Ion Batteries Alternative Management System, under the name "Pan-Hellenic Alternative Battery Management Company Re-Battery SA", was approved on November 8, 2011 by BoD of E.O.AN. (Hellenic Recycling Organization) (ΑΔΑ 45ΨΗ46Ψ8ΟΖ-ΝΥΒ).

The renewal of the operation of Re-Battery was approved by the Board. of EOAN during its ^169th  meeting on 12/06/2020 (ΑΔΑ ΟΝΤΟ46Ψ8ΟΖ-ΣΨΤ).

The extension of the operation of Re-Battery SA, in the management of the batteries of electric and hybrid vehicles Ni-MH and Li-ion, was approved during the 171st meeting of E.O.AN. on 16.07.2020 (ΑΔΑ ΡΩΓ746Ψ8ΟΖ-Ξ60).

Re-Battery SA was created and managed by people and companies active in the field of recycling and environmental management as well as by people and companies active in the field of technical and administrative "management". Re-Battery SA, like all Alternative Management Systems, is a NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, according to the current LEGISLATION.
