RBH Aerospace, Inc., based in Long Beach, California, was formed in January 2005 with the objective of becoming a manufacturer, supplier and a major participant in aircraft manufacturing and aerospace components industries, supplying manufacturers of commercial and military aircraft including their suppliers. We focus on providing high quality steel, aluminum, titanium and other metal alloy components for aircraft frames, fuselages, wings and other components at very competitive prices.

RBH currently owns a 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Long Beach, California, which has a combination of office and manufacturing space. RBH is equipped with all the machinery required to produce high quality sheet metal and machined details (e.g., Haas VR-11 5-axis mill center, Haas VF-3 3-axis mill center, Mori-Seiki DMU70 5-axis mill center w/swivel table, a hydraulic press brake machine with a 120 ton capacity, a 250 ton Modern 4-Post hydraulic press with a bed area of 92" X 48", a mechanical shear, titanium hot sizing machine, etc.). For inspection, RBH acquired a FaroArm Edge w/3D laser scanner. This portable coordinate measuring machine allows RBH easy verification of product quality by performing 3D inspections, tool certifications, CAD comparison, dimensional analysis, reverse engineering, and more. This all-new FARO Edge Arm is the most advanced, state-of-the-art FaroArm ever produced. RBH is proud to announce we are now NADCAP approved for Measurement & Inspection and seeking to be NADCAP approved for welding very soon.

All phases of production are performed in-house. The only processes out-sourced to approved processing houses are the following: heat treating, dip brazing, welding, and plating.

MISSION STATEMENT

• RBH Aerospace shall strive to deliver the service

• RBH shall commit to comply with all applicable
requirements by training its people, upgrading equipment and eliminating nonessential practices.

• RBH will monitor, measure and analyze its processes
for continuous improvement of its Management System throughout the year. Management will review all monitoring data during its Management Review for continuing suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system, suitability of the quality , and monitoring for effectiveness of the quality objectives.

MANAGEMENT

• Vyria Aviles is co-founder of RBH, and its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Aviles has over 20 years experience in procurement of goods and services for a local governmental agency. At RBH, she is responsible for oversight of all administrative and financial operations.

• J. Roberto Aviles is co-founder of RBH, and its President. Mr. Aviles has over 30 years experience in the aircraft industry. He previously held a variety of management and production positions with LPJ Metalfab, Inc.; Lead Certified TIG Welder, 11/82-10/92; Production Control Manager, 10/92-5/94; Shop Superintendent & Quality Planner, 5/94-4/97; Quality Planner & Operations Manager, 5/97-7/04; General Manager, 7/04-12/04). Mr. Aviles left LPJ in late 2004 to form RBH Aerospace, Inc. Mr. Aviles oversees the day-to-day operations of RBH.

• Javier Chavez is the Production Director of RBH. He is responsible for manufacturing production and production control. Mr. Chavez has over 35 years experience in the aircraft industry.

• Erica Aviles is the latest addition to the RBH Management Team. She is a Mechanical Engineer and Director on the Board of Directors. Miss Aviles works side-by-side with the President of RBH and provides support to the Production Staff.
