Ravindra M Patel & Co. was setup in year 1976 in India in the industrial town of Baroda to provide consultancy services in the area of automation and project management. Ravi Energie Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 1993 to provide services in the field of Energy. The service level of the Company was recognized and appreciated by an award- First Prize- National Awards for Excellence in Consultancy Services- 1995, the award being given by CDC- Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India.

In year 2003, Ravi Energie Inc. (a separate legal entity) was established in USA to provide Inspection services for International Trade.Eventually Ravi Energie Group was conceived as a legal entity and today it has many independent affiliated Companies governed by the respective laws of the land. The function of the Group is to co-ordinate the services as per the requirement of trade and commerce at the respective location. Since 2003, Ravi Energie Group has grown by leaps and bounds and today has presence in all the major countries of the world and "Ravi Energie" has become a brand name in the field of Energy and Trade.
