Over the years Pupper Septic has grown and operates under a single management team and serves a wide geographic area of towns throughout Northern Fairfield County and Litchfield County. The Pupper Septic team consists of 4-5 full-time drivers, a mechanic and an office administrator who all work diligently to provide excellent customer service.

Our Companies

Mr. Septic

Mr. Septic serves the areas of New Milford, Danbury, Brookfield and Kent. Victor Benson owned the company from 1987 to 2002. Pupper Septic merged with Mr. Septic in 2002 and today serves their loyal customer base for their septic needs.

Tashua Septic

Tashua Septic was founded in 2014 and serves septic customers in the towns of Trumbull, Monroe, Easton and Shelton. Tashua Septic is owned and operated by Pupper Septic and is especially sentimental to the Sotil family due to their special connection with the community. Many decades ago, the Sotils immigrated to the United States from Spain, settling in Tashua to work hard and pursue the American dream. The Sotils appreciated the small town values, ethics and sense of community that Tashua offered, laying down roots so that all of their children could grow up in town and attend Trumbull public schools.

The Sotil family feels a sense of gratitude for the opportunities that this community has given to them and they have a sense of pride and obligation to give back to their hometown. It is for this reason, that Tashua Septic is a dependable and strong business that the Sotils’ father would be proud of.

Emilio S. Sotil – Owner

Emilio Sotil founded the company in 1998 with Mr. Septic, the first company to join the Pupper Septic family. He then grew the company organically and with a series of mergers to better serve the client base in Northern Fairfield and Litchfield Counties.

Prior to establishing Pupper Septic, Sotil had a successful career in finance as an investment banker on Wall Street for 15 years where he held senior positions with firms such as Bear Stearns and Salomon Brothers.

Sotil holds a B.A. Degree from Wesleyan University in finance where he was awarded Phi Beta Kappa. Sotil also holds a masters degree in finance from MIT.

Pupper Septic is a full-service septic company with over 15,000 residential and 500 commercial customers. Commercial clients include: schools, large corporate campuses, medical complexes, nursing facilities, apartment buildings and condominium communities.

A licensed and insured septic company, Pupper is state certified SBE / MBE. Dedicated office staff and customer service representatives are committed to excellence, speak fluent Spanish and also understand Portuguese and Italian.
