PRÜMER GMBH

Third generation of competence

In the third generation, the name Prümer stands for quality and reliability when it comes to demolition and dismantling. It all started in Waltrop in the mid-1960s with a coal transport business. From this, under the direction of Heinrich Prümer, the grandfather of the current owner, a company specialized in scrapping, transport and smaller demolitions developed.

Expansion and investment

Heinz Hermann Prümer, the founder's son, took over the company with six employees at the end of the 1970s. He expanded the business areas of demolition of buildings, construction of construction pits, production of sewer connections, rental of construction equipment and construction vehicles. The vehicle fleet was sustainably expanded through targeted investments in construction machinery and vehicles.

Focusing the business area

In mid-1994, Mario Prümer, the founder's grandson, joined the company. From this point on, the number of customers was significantly increased and the focus of operational activity has continuously shifted to more complex dismantling measures and building rubble recycling.

New headquarters

In 2004 the family company built a modern office building in Lünen. The fields of activity were expanded again and there were inner-city demolitions, dismantling of large buildings and industrial plants, soil remediation and industrial scrapping.

Generation change in company management

At the beginning of 2012, Mario Prümer took over the business after the death of his father.

Based on customer and industry requirements, a further development of the corporate structure began and continues to this day.

With the planned recycling center in Lünen in the immediate vicinity of the company headquarters, the company would also have the option of processing and recycling the building rubble in its own facility.

Sustainability in personnel development

Prümer GmbH has been an approved training company since 2016 and is currently training apprentices to become construction machinery operators. In this way, the company can counteract the shortage of skilled workers on the construction sites.

Regular and targeted training measures ensure that employees are always up to date in the field of renovation and demolition technology.

Prümer GmbH is a RAL-certified demolition company in classes HA 3 (structural demolition> 20 m) and AB (demolition in existing buildings) and a member of the German Demolition Association.

Our Team

As a family company, we maintain a corporate culture that is characterized by teamwork and friendly cooperation. This also applies to our dealings with our customers. Our total of 45 competent, experienced employees handle even complex orders with great dedication - over 80 percent of our workforce is available to you on site in the field. This closeness to the customer is a requirement that the management also faces and is available to you as a personal contact.

Our Fleet

In addition to trucks, excavators, wheel loaders and crushing systems, our machine park also includes various attachments and other construction equipment and vehicles. All equipment is serviced in our in-house workshop and is therefore always in perfect condition. Thanks to continuous investments, we have a fleet of vehicles that meets the latest standards - of course also when it comes to environmental protection.
