In the case of renovations, a site visit is required to get a better understanding of the project. We then calculate an estimate.

All cost of materials and equipment as well as the cost of labor are provided to the owner with an approximate price for the project considered. Contract documents include a budget, general and special conditions, blueprints and specifications prepared by a design professional. We take responsibility for providing all of the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project. Specialized subcontractors perform all or portions of the construction work.

Our professionals can take on responsibilities including applying for building permits, securing the property, providing temporary utilities on site, managing personnel on site, providing site surveying and engineering, disposing of or recycling construction waste if desired.
