Founded over 30 years ago, Prototek is a quick-turn precision sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining one-stop-shop and a leader in rapid prototyping and short-run production manufacturing. We have two facilities located in Contoocook, New Hampshire, and boast 100,000 square feet of manufacturing workspace. Our services include:

Sheet Metal Fabrication: We engineer, program, laser cut or punch, tap, countersink, deburr, grain, bend, and weld to suit our clients’ needs.

Precision CNC Machining: With twenty-nine CNC machines, Prototek boasts extensive machining capabilities ready to handle any size job, quickly and efficiently.

Metal Finishing: Prototek has the skill and expertise to paint, powder coat, anodize, and chromate. We use cost effective tools and methods to protect our clients’ projects from corrosion, chipping and peeling, while still affording a decorative finish.

Parts & Assemblies: At Prototek we professionally install, and assemble hardware all within our facility. We have access to all major hardware and accessory lines and keep thousands of PEM hardware types available on-hand.

At Prototek we work with a full range of raw materials such as steel, stainless steel, mirrored stainless steel, spring steel, aluminum sheet, tube, angle and channel, copper sheet and bar, as well as Lexan and other plastics.
