PromTechUtilization is part of the Leader Group. The company has been operating in the field of industrial waste management since 2007 on the basis of Federal Law No. 89 dated June 24, 1998, being the leading operator in the field of hazardous industrial waste management in the Volga Federal District.

The list of waste included in the licensed activities of the company contains 3149 items according to FKKO.

Lider Group has developed and successfully put into practice a set of measures for handling hazardous waste:

The first stage - "Environmental support" is a priority in the work of the company. This stage helps to identify violations of the law in preparation for waste disposal.

The second stage - "Collection and preparation" of waste for their safe transportation.

The third stage is "Placement at specialized landfills (ORD)", where neutralization, final disposal or processing takes place.

In 2014, Lider Group was established, and in 2015, a project was launched to build a microbiological remediation site for waste from the oil production and oil refining industry in the Udmurt Republic. According to the project, the landfill is expected to be put into operation in the second quarter of 2017.
