In 1999, Profittex GmbH was founded in Mönchengladbach by Helmut Methling. In a future-oriented way, the company has steadily expanded its operations, so that a change of location was necessary in 2007.

Here, too, the expansion was pushed forward so that warehouses and storage areas for a modern company have been created to this day. Up to 3,500 tons of old clothes can be stored in this way.

The transport is ensured with 24 3.5 tonne vans and 7 7.5 tonne trucks, all of which comply at least with Euro 6 Temp.

In order to meet the loading and delivery dates punctually, well-known shipping companies are also used for our transports. In this way, Profittex GmbH ensures that all transports arrive at the customer on time.

A team of approx. 60 employees from transport, storage and administration is responsible for the approx. 8,500 used clothes collection containers in Germany, which are set up on rented areas.

These are available throughout Germany in cooperation with municipalities, hardware stores, grocery stores and private individuals.
