Proceed, whilst modest in terms of turnover, has a unique and highly sought-after client portfolio which includes some prestigious managing agents and end users, which is rare with a business of our size but clearly demonstrates that our business model works and our passion to be different has traction.

From the outset we wanted to build a brand that would be different from all the other service providers. We want to provide a quality service, we want to be a good employer, we want to be appreciated and we want to bring innovation to an industry that is lacking.
