Pro Erectors Inc. was formed as a partnership on April 16, 1974 between Robert L. Golliher And Floyd A. Golliher as sole owners. Primarily as Erectors of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. With a starting workforce of five, the company grew at a moderate pace. On November 1, 1977, the company became a Virginia Corporation and was soon working on projects in several Mid-Atlantic States. In June of 1979, the company ventured into furnishing materials, as well as erection services by providing Shell-Only Buildings. Seeing the immediate success of this approach, the company quickly grew and shared much of the Metal Building Market in the Southwestern Virginia area.
