Precision Urethane & Machine, Inc. was established over 35 years ago as a manufacturer dedicated to supplying quality custom molded polyurethane products to the local oil industry. As the need for our products grew, we expanded, acquiring a full service machining and fabrication facility in 1977. This acquisition allowed us to build and purchase a host of different types of equipment to aid in our manufacturing process. Since that time we have expanded several times, and continue develop new techniques and processes automation to broaden the capacity of our 30,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.

The products we manufacture range from a 1 gram part to over a 5,000-pound component. We manufacture our polyurethane products, including polyurethane bushings and other custom cast products, using several processing methods including: compression molding, open cast molding, transfer molding and rotational molding. Many of the products we manufacture have plastic or metal inserts bonded to them to increase the structural integrity of the part. We also perform secondary machining operations to hold very tight tolerances on our products after they are cast, machining items up to 50 inches in diameter.
