Our Story

Originally founded as Thomas Tool & Die, By Tom Paumier,  in 1959, the company grew to be an innovator in the design and construction of deep-draw stamping dies for a variety of industries.  Through the years, the company operated under various ownership until  Precision Component Industries, LLC acquired the assets and began operations in 1999.  With the change in ownership, came a shift in the organization's focus.  We moved away from tool & die and toward high precision, low volume machining.
