POWER BATTERY COMPANY
The company POWER BATTERY, sro was established in 2013. Since the beginning of its establishment, it had an ambitious plan to become a unit on the market with the collection of hazardous waste, specifically batteries and accumulators. The main motto of the company is living in a cleaner and healthier environment, which we are successfully fulfilling.
Every day we collect and then recycle over 13,000 kg of batteries and accumulators.
A professional team of workers ensures collection and purchase throughout the Slovak Republic.
We have a sales office spread over the area, so that we can flexibly respond to the requirements of our customers in all regions of Slovakia.
The company annually collects and subsequently recycles 3,150,000 kg of waste - used batteries and accumulators. With more than 709 partners, cities, municipalities, companies and institutions, we have placed over 1,453 collection containers (Power Boxes), which puts us in second place on the Slovak market.
One of the other activities is the processing activity, where we reuse used batteries and accumulators and sell them on the market. The complexity of our services in this area includes service, regeneration and refurbishment of industrial batteries and accumulators, sales of new automotive and industrial batteries and spare parts.
The company POWER BATTERY, sro obtained authorization from the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic for the activity of a Third Party pursuant to Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on the reserved obligations of producers, authorization to prepare for re-use as a processing activity. The company supports various charitable, social and sporting events.
