PolyVulc has been in the recycling and plastics industry since 1996. Our primary mission is to provide products with lasting durability using recycled vulcanized rubber from tires, or materials from the auto industry, such as polypropylene and HDPE.

Pier Pads :

Polyvulc's Pier Pads are widely known in the manufactured home industry for their high load rating and durability. Other brands use brittle ABS plastic which can shatter or crack on site. Our Pier Pads are made with auto-industry grade composites, and can stand the test of time under immense loads. Download the Spec Sheet link to the left for soil compaction ratings.

PolyVulc's Pier Pads are approved for use with both the Frost Protected Shallow Foundation and Frost Free Foundation engineered designs for areas that are subject to the effects of frost / frost heave. Please contact PolyVulc for needed specific state sealed approval letters and engineering packages.

 The PolyWall:

Enter the PolyWall. It's a permanent perimeter wall foundation system, allowing your manufactured home to appear site-built. No more worries about weed-eaters eating your skirting. No more dogs living under your house. No more replacing your vinyl skirting whenever the wind blows. Nope, the Polywall completely shuts out the elements from the outside world, allowing rain to run away from the house, and if you want to change the color to match the decor of your home, it even accepts the application of any latex paint you desire.

Playground Mulch:

Playground rubber mulch is almost a necessity for kids' playgrounds these days. You'd only want the softest landing possible for your children, and our playground mulch can make all the difference in injury prevention while playing hard. We take extra precaution to make sure our mulch is completely wire-free so parents can be worry-free.

Not only just for playgrounds-our mulch can be a great addition to your lawn and landscaping. Rubber mulch doesn't deteriorate like wood mulch, or float away in the eventual rainstorm. What this equates to is a long-lasting product--you needn't worry about re-mulching your yard every 4-6 months--instead, think 5-10 years of lasting value. Less cost and less hassle for you in the long run.

The Footing Pad:

The Footing Pad is a lightweight pad designed to take the place of concrete footers for decks and pole barns. It's easy: simply dig a hole for your 4 x 4, and drop the footing pad down in the hole to provide a stable foundation. Or, if you don't feel like digging, the Footing Pad can be placed on the ground right under the deck's main 4x4 supports.

The 16" size is meant for pole barn foundations, and works exactly the same way when a hole for the footer has been dug.

If you happen to own an RV or trailer, both sizes of footing pads work well for use under the landing gear. This spreads out the footprint of weight for the trailer or RV, and also minimizes any "imprints" the landing gear may have on mud or on brand new asphalt
