Pleasants Construction has been providing superior site development solutions to the greater Washington Metropolitan area for over 50 years. Our services include clearing, demolition, earthwork, site utilities, erosion control, storm water management, soil cement modification as well as hot-mix asphalt paving.

We offer a wide variety of turnkey services to assist construction jobs of all sizes, employing over 350 team members and a complete fleet totaling nearly 300 vehicles and scores of machines and specialized equipment.
