Pleasant Dale is located in Seward County, Nebraska, on Hwy 103, approximately 3 miles south of Interstate 80 at MM 388. Pleasant Dale was incorporated in 1882. The population in the 2010 Census was 205 citizens.The Village of Pleasant Dale is dedicated to providing recycling services for its citizens. Recycling bins are located in the Village Park for collection of recyclable materials. Currently, office paper/envelopes, cardboard, newspaper, magazines, aluminum cans and plastics #1 and #2 can be recycled.The Village is working to expand our recycling capabilities with the purchase of a baler that can be used for making bales of cardboard, paper, newspaper and even plastic jugs! The Baler was purchased with a grant from the Nebraska Recycling Association.
