PDCCO offers full service Custom Die Casting in both aluminum and zinc alloys. Satisfying customers since 1918, we are large enough to fulfill your requirements yet provide personal attention with a company history of quality products on schedule and within budget.The plant operates on a 24 hour / 5 day week schedule. We cater to or surpass industry standards for delivery and service. The facility includes 24,000 sq. feet of production space plus warehouses with a total of 9,200 sq. feet of storage.At PDCCO, we believe that "die casting" is the shortest distance between ingot and finished part." And our belief is borne by the fact that PDCCO customers frequently use our casting as received.

Design
PDCCO engineers design quality into every die. It's the first measure we take to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Whether the casting will employ aluminum or zinc, multi-units or singular, we know that our involvement is but the first step of many toward the final production of your equipment or product.The key to our success is working closely with your engineering, research and development, and quality control personnel, in addition to purchasing. PDCCO can also produce closely controlled hardware finish on most of our castings. In fact, we seek to be competitive in many secondary finishing operations.
