Robert Pierce, Sr. founded Pierce Aluminum in 1967. His entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic provided the framework for a solid aluminum company to grow and be successful. During one winter snow storm, Bob, Sr. took the initiative and personally delivered aluminum to a customer when delivery personnel were not available to do so. In the early 1990s, Robert Pierce and Jeff Pierce picked up where their father left off and continued to grow the company.
